REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return/refund, your Smart Toilet or Bidet Seat must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be sealed in the original packaging. You will be responsible for payment of shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All returns will have a 40% restocking fee.
